The Connecticut Network of Care Transformation (CONNECT) is an initiative working to expand the network of care in Connecticut to an integrated statewide infrastructure that will equally and effectively serve all children and families. CONNECT incorporates efforts across child-serving sectors, including early childhood, child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, substance abuse, primary care, and education.

Through CONNECT, the State is building upon previous efforts to enhance the System of Care and implement the Wraparound process. CONNECT supports implementation of the statewide Children’s Behavioral Health plan and efforts to integrate ongoing systems-level initiatives through a NO WRONG DOOR approach.

CONNECT is supported by funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to promote systems of care planning and implementation.
