Perfect experience!

I can't say enough good things about Bob Bourassa and his catering team. I found them on Yelp, and the experience dealing with them was 5-star from start to finish: response time, menu suggestion, pricing, and follow through were all perfect. We had a meeting to cater in our North Haven, CT office on 7/25/18, expecting about 30 attendees. We needed additional tables and chairs which Bob was able to provide through a partner vendor he works with. Bob handled all logistics and pricing so we only had to deal with him for final payment. On the day of the event Mark came to set up, serve, and clean up and did a fabulous job on everything. There really is no need to go anywhere else if you need catering for your event - I know we won't!

I decided to use Bourassa Catering for our families' annual Cookie Exchange Party. Again, the food was amazing. I ordered a platter of the petite sandwiches, salad and cranberry shortbread cookies. The sandwiches were AMAZING. A mix of chicken breast, roast beef, sliced turkey, ham and veggie. A hearty mixed salad and buttery, sweet and tart shortbread cookies. Yummy. Catherine was attentive, polite, professional and accomdating. Bourassa Catering is top notch.

We used Bourassa catering for our wedding and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! Bob helped us design a menu that would fit with our outdoor, end-of-summer wedding and was beyond easy to work with. He accommodated all of our requests and everything tasted absolutely amazing (many guests told us it was the best "wedding food" they'd ever had!) Not only was the food delicious, it looked beautiful too. Bourassa's staff was so friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed and made us feel so comfortable and stress-free on the big day. We also really appreciate how dedicated Bourassa Catering is to Covid safety. The plexiglass barriers in front of the buffet were subtle and sturdy, exactly what we needed. We would absolutely recommend Bourassa Catering for any event, and especially if you're having an event during Covid and want to serve your guests excellent food as safely as possible!

Bourassa catered our wedding on 10/6/2017 and they were amazing! Natalie has been super responsive for the last year of planning and answered my (usually stupid) questions SUPER fast. On the day of the wedding, the staff was simply amazing. The captain was so attentive and made sure I always had anything I could possibly need. The food was delicious and people are still telling me how great the chicken was and how amazing the bartender and the rest of the staff were. Thank you to Bob, Natalie and everyone else who helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives!

Thank you so much for delicious food for my son's graduation party! Everyone raved about how good everything was from the salads to the entrees to the desserts! I was a bit worried if I ordered enough food but the quantity was as amazing as the quality of the food. As you know this was the first time I used you but it will not be the last! Much appreciated!!

My office (Bozzuto's Inc.) used Bourassa Catering for several holiday lunches and dinners, all of which were fantastic! There was lots of positive feedback from our employees saying "That was a good meal!". The cranberry shortbread cookies that Bob makes are such a crowd pleaser. Bob goes above and beyond to provide high quality service. Delivery was precisely on-time with pleasant set-up staff. They answer ordering questions promptly and provide helpful suggestions if needed. Food quality is excellent! Hot and delicious, perfectly seasoned meals.

I crossed my fingers and hoped I had picked a good caterer to help me arrange for a family gathering in Wallingford that I was orchestrating from out of state. I hit the jackpot! Bourassa Catering is fantastic! Catherine was very kind and delightful to work with. The delivery was on time and the lovely ladies who delivered helped me set up everything perfectly. Bob and his company catered my event for about 40 people this past Saturday. They did all of the food and a bar package. Everything was delicious -- we received nothing but compliments, especially on their mini reubens! The staff was wonderful - from start to finish they were on top of everything, always anticipating my next question or request. By the time we arrived to the party everything was set up and ready to go, and my guests and I were treated to an excellent night. This was my first catered event and I cannot speak highly enough about this company.
