WCTC is a Regional Behavioral Health Action Organization (RBHAO).
Here at WCTC, we deliver our services through the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), a data-driven, evidence-based prevention model developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The SPF requires States and communities to systematically:
Assess their prevention needs based on epidemiological data.
Build their prevention capacity.
Develop a strategic plan.
Implement effective community prevention programs, policies, and practices, and
Evaluate their efforts for outcomes.
