Joma, Incorporated has been fabricating high volume progressive metal stampings since 1956. Metals stamped include low and high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, inconel, and various specialty metals. Our high speed Minster progressive die presses run at speeds up to 1000 strokes per minute providing a low cost high quality metal component. Joma has complete in-house tooling capabilities, including Wire EDM, to design and build complex progressive dies. This flexibility helps keep tooling costs down, shorten lead times and insures accurate duplication of tool wear components. Where applicable, multi cavity tooling is utilized to increase efficiency, resulting in a more competitive piece price. Our engineering and tool room experience enables us to be involved in projects from the prototype stage to high volume production. This yields the lowest cost and best functioning stamped component.
