American Heating Service

I reached out to American Heating about a furnace tuneup and service call. They scheduled me 2 days later and gave me a time window. The tech (Ken) showed up as expected and was very helpful. He was able to address the issue I was having and also tuned the furnace. It was installed a year and a half ago and it runs more smoothly now than it did new. I was extremely happy to have Ken work on my furnace and will be a repeat customer with American Heating!

They called me less then a week before my appointment for a tuneup as a new client to cancel. Told me they had a boiler replacement they were doing instead. They didn't have any availability to reschedule within a decent time frame (5weeks+) after having to wait that long for the original appointment.

They have been handling my heating and cooling for many years, and I just love everything they do they are promp, courtious, and always, on time, I can't say enough good thing.

Everything about this company is great! The woman who usually answers the phone is very nice and the two gentlemen who came out on different occasions were awesome (Francisco and Juan). They explained things in detail, took their time, and offered suggestions. The people who work here are courteous and they schedule appointments fairly quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and have no complaints.

American Heating did a wonderful job from providing a quote for the work to the final installation touches. I had American Heating install an Oil Furnace and an AC condenser and coil. There were a couple little glitches with the installation but the owner Don stepped in and made sure everything ended up perfect.

The price was good and I was also provided an EnergizeCT rebate form to get a few dollars ($250) back. No other company mentioned anything about rebate availability during the bidding process. I highly recommend this company.

Late last night on a cold December evening our furnace stopped working and our home quickly started dropping in temperature! With 3 small children I was very concerned that if I didn't get someone there quickly to repair the problem, that we would have to spend the night in a hotel! Upon calling American Heating (at about 11 at night), I was greeted by the owners who were exceptionally kind and reassuring, telling me not to worry! Within 45 minutes they had a technician at my home and in no time at all my furnace was back up and running! Its such a blessing to know that they were there when I needed them most!
Their tech was extremely knowledgeable and very professional!

American Heating is awesome. Our old boiler in our new (to us) home failed, and the manufacturer recommended American for service. Well, we needed a new boiler. It took some doing to get it up and running, including bleeding the system, and correcting some parts issues from the boiler manufacturer. Honestly, I think the folks at American thought we were crazy. But they never gave up on us, came back numerous times, and saw the job through. And treated us with patience and kindness the whole time. Big thanks to Brett, Lynne, and RON!

These guys are great. After having some people I know who "work" with heaters not figure out the problem, and paying them for nothing,- I called these guys and was super happy with the service. I can't remember the tech's name, but he was great and turned out that all I needed was to clean out a little tube chamber off the fan. No extra parts and done within an hour. Will use them again. I recommend you go with professionals first and save the time, money, and aggravation I went through.

I have struggled for to find an honest and reliable company to service my boiler for many years. Luckily, I found American. Every time they have come to my house they have been prompt, friendly and done a fantastic job. Had a new boiler put in a few months ago and everything has been working great. I would highly recommend American for any work you need done!

We have used American Heating several times now when our furnace has not worked for whatever reason. They have been very prompt every time, and the technician (the same one all 3 times) has been courteous. I have no complaints about American Heating.
