Optimum Performance Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork

I had the 1.5 hour relaxation massage recently. The place is really nice! The massage room has a nice vibe. Heated table (ahhh) a fireplace, and a cool ceiling with gauzy drapery. The massage was just what I needed. I saw Gayle for my treatment. She was great. Just the right amount of working out the knots and relaxing massage. Gayle also is a reiki practitioner. That part was really cool. I'm looking forward to another session!

Missy was amazing! I am on my feet all day and was having back and leg pain. I wanted to get massage but thought it would be painful. Missy delivered just the right amount of pressure where I needed it, and the remainder was sheer bliss. Knowledgable, professional, and just a great experience. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I went to Dave for hamstring pain that was causing me discomfort even during simple activities like taking my dog for a walk. On my first visit, he pinpointed the likely cause of the pain and why it hadn't been getting better, despite my repeated visits to physical therapists. During subsequent sessions, he asked detailed questions about the pain and was thorough in addressing all of my symptoms. He also encouraged me toward my goal of being able to run again. Thanks to Dave's excellent care and treatment, my hamstring pain went away completely! I highly recommend him for complex issues that other providers haven't been able to solve.
